My practice involves observation, grounded in ethnography which is a qualitative methodology in Anthropology. A fancy way of watching.

I'm passionate about cultivating environments where learning and curiosity can flourish, believing that this is what allows projects and people to thrive. As such, I regularly serve as a facilitator on trainings and workshops. Providing mirroring to clients as well as the multicultural and dynamic teams I have lead.
